The Buzz–what people say about our oysters and wine
My dear folks have now been married for 52 years! Well more than a life sentence each. ISO celebrations, thanks @stevefeletti for the @moonlightflatoysters & superb #Picpoul with some excellent bread from @bakedbykeiran plus in true ISO fashion a bottle of sanitiser nearby.

They arrived quite early on Tuesday.
What a remarkable, spectacular combination! The Picpoul and the Kisses…just superb. Graduating to Rusty Wires for the next treat.
Thanks and regards, Ian.
The glorious oysters and wine from @moonlightflatoysters for a quiet stay home night. Amazing and fresh product and the delivery was really prompt after the order was placed! Loving the Claires and Kisses😍 Grab yourselves some while it’s still available to the public! Great opportunity to learn and practice your oyster shucking. Winter oysters are so plump and delicious, looks like things are much better after the bushfires.
I tried your delicious white wine at Rebel Rebel in Canberra last night. It is the most beautiful white wine we’ve ever had. My husband agrees. We took a bottle home too. Thank you for bringing this great grape to Australia!

Steve Feletti’s Moonlight Flat oysters, grown in the Clyde River estuary at Batemans Bay in southern New South Wales, are found in many of Australia’s best restaurants, from Cutler & Co in Melbourne to The Boathouse on Blackwater Bay in Sydney. He’s as passionate about oysters as any man. But Feletti’s love of oysters has been eclipsed lately by his excitement over picpoul, the southern-French white grape said to produce the world’s most oyster-friendly white wine.

‘The best oyster man in Australia is Steve Feletti from Moonlight Flat Oysters. He now makes Australia’s best oyster wine, a picpoul from Cowra. It’ll be on pour soon at Bellota Wine Bar with his beautiful oysters. Do not miss this opportunity to taste one of the world’s greatest food and wine matches.’
