Builders Arms Hotel

BuildersMoonlight Oysters are really at home in this trendy reincarnation of a workers’ pub, still breathing some bare knuckle atmosphere at the taps, but equally at home in the auspiciously-named fine diner,  Moon Under Water. Indeed juicy Clair de Lunes do come from underwater weekly since the kick off at The Builders.

Lolli Redini

Claires Rusty Wire Piquepoul at Lolli Redini P1050309 300 pixels

We won’t hide the secret that Lolli Redini is a dear favorite kitchen, like a part of the family. Built on the equation of fresh country produce transformed into home-cooked bliss on plates. That’s why we are obsessed with having our Moonlight Clairs available in the central west, an area famous for its food and wine. Loll Redini is a bolthole for many city escapees, as well as regional devotees which fall under the spell. It’s always a thrill to sit anonymously at a table hearing the wows coming from diners eating Clairs nearby.

Monster

Monster 14.7.Sean-Zucchini-Dish-3

New bellringer on the Canberra scene, Sean McConnell’s Monster exploded onto the landscape with a full load of oysters from the Moonlight Flat portfolio. Demand hasn’t ceased since launch, and consistency befitting Monster’s high standards is our goal, week in week out.  Although we love their yabbies, there’s little to beat the fresh zing of a Clair or Rusty Wire from the closest estuary  just over the (Clyde) hill two hours east. And when snow sometimes falls, Moonlight’s  winter oyster range  is right up to the task for Monster appetites.
