Centuries of salt- laden mediterranean sea mists blown across oyster trellises of the Etang de Thau have shrouded picpoul vines in a sea- weedy, salty, oystery envelope.

Planted in NSW by the Borrower, a south coast oyster farmer, its seaside heritage finds perfect expression for today’s evolving wine diversity.

This blend combines picpoul’s refreshing astringency with an extraordinary velvety voluptuous chardonnay. Stunningly textural, charming craftsmanship.
